After working as a co-owner of Simplified Soap for a decade, Joshua Waghorne grew curious about the water well drilling industry. Driven by his high work ethic and desire to learn, Josh went to work under another local water well driller. He spent three years learning the trade, and was finally ready to dive into starting a brand new business of his own. He couldn’t do everything on his own though. So, with the help of his eldest son, eldest daughter, and her boyfriend, Corp Drilling is officially ready for business.

Josh was looking to diversify his skills and thought he might like drilling. He was right! He’s had a lifelong love of learning and likes to do big projects so drilling is a perfect fit. His past jobs include combat engineer for the USMC, fishing/hunting guide, ranch manager, rice farmer, air conditioning tech, soap maker, and many more. Water well drilling was the next obvious choice.

Lily started her journey with this company by earning her Class A CDL. She helps out by moving large equipment and trailers from site to site and handling most of the online necessities. She hopes to one day take on the company and grow it to its fullest potential.
